GUIDELINES

• Any costs that are not part of the quotation, including third-party costs, shall be pre-approved in writing by the client before the expenditure is incurred.
• The retainer/support/AMC charges are subject to revision based on the prevailing inflation or currency exchange rates.
• The price quoted does not include ST or VAT, it will be part of the sales invoice. In case, the client is sales tax exempt then proof of exemption should be provided prior to invoicing.
• Credit card processing and all other 3rd party services required to make the site functional are the responsibility of the client.

Payment Policy

• Payment schedule to be handled as per proposal shared for the project.
• Payment of the outstanding overdue  balances will be subject to default surcharge of 10 percent.
• For retainer engagements, invoice will be generated in advance for every month, and becomes due within 10 days of invoice.
• Please note that your order can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. The full amount will be credited to the original method of payment. After 24 hours no refunds are offered.
• The price quoted in the proposal does not include Sales Tax or VAT, it will be part of the sales invoice, however, if the client is sales tax exempt. Proof of exemption should be provided prior to invoicing.

Fair Usage Policy

Unlimited” Allowances. Any ‘unlimited’ allowances are subject to fair use and any customer using an amount of monthly bandwidth or disk space deemed excessive in comparison to the average usage by other customers on our platform may, at our discretion, be advised to improve website efficiency and/or configure a CDN, or upgrade to a bespoke solution and will be billed accordingly.
